A bit about me...

I am a painter, mixed media artist and a poet. I have been creating one way or another since I was a child. I have always felt inspired by nature both in my art and in my writing. 

I am also a mother, grandmother, nature lover, earth walker and fire gazer.

 

A long time ago I was an art and creative writing tutor in a prison and I worked with men of all ages to explore their creativity through art and writing, I learned a lot about boundaries and the potential for tenderness within each of us. I was also an arts facilitator with children from families in crisis and this taught me about holding safe and sacred space for vulnerable people to feel safe and thrive within a group.
